AVAFest (Austin Veteran Arts Festival) invites Co-founder Michael Mendoza to create a Day of the Dead altar.
The altar is located in the Community Gallery at the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center (ESB-MACC) through the end of the November 2019.
